Unlike traditional x-rays, which may miss critical nuances, CT scans provide a comprehensive analysis, ensuring you receive accurate verification of your cards' authenticity and condition.

Question 2: What will I receive after my booster pack is scanned?


Answer 2: After your booster pack is scanned, you'll receive your original pack back along and a link to your Personal Portal showcasing which foil cards are inside and images of any identifying features.

Question 3: Can you tell me exactly which card is inside the booster

Answer 3: While our high-resolution CT scanning technology can often detect the presence of foil cards and reveal certain identifying features—such as card positioning, texture differences, and sometimes even partial silhouettes—it does not always allow us to identify the exact card by name or artwork.

Factors such as packaging density, foil type, and card placement can affect visibility. However, we can reliably determine whether a card is a foil (e.g., holo, reverse holo, EX/GX) and provide supporting image evidence in your Personal Portal. This information helps clients make more informed decisions without opening their packs.

Getting your packs scanned with Pack Scan is easy and secure. You can either ship your sealed boosters to us using your preferred courier or drop them off in person at our lab (12 Borough Road, Sheffield, UK)— whichever works best for you.

Once your packs arrive, our team gets to work with precision CT scanning to uncover the foil cards hidden inside. After the scan is complete, you’ll receive a SCANNING COMPLETE email, where you can view a list of any foil cards identified in each pack alongside CT images.

From there, just confirm via email whether you’d like us to ship your packs back or if you'd prefer to collect them in person. Your cards never leave our care until you're ready — and yes, everything’s handled with collector-level respect.
