Just a single withdrawal fee of 5% of market value is charged when objects are retrieved or consigned.
HOW TO VAULT
To vault an object, send an email to here at Vault Enquiries. A member of our team will respond to your request within 48 hours and guide you 1:1 through the vaulting process stage-by-stage.

You can request the return of objects in the Vault anytime by contacting Vault Enquiries and paying the 5% of market value withdrawal fee. Market Value is determined independently using third party valuators. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Note that return shipping costs are not included unless otherwise notified. Objects that have been vaulted for less than 90 days may be subject to an additional minimum expedited fulfillment fee of £5 per object.*
